조금 설레고 또 책임감이 느껴집니다.

저와 저희 팀이 틴트레이닝이라는 이름으로

걸어온 길, 그리고 앞으로 나아갈

방향을 솔직하게 나누고 싶어

이 공간을 열게 되었습니다.

💡왜 틴트레이닝인가요?

저는 늘 “사람이 자라는 환경”에 관심이 많았습니다.

아이들이 건강하게 배우고

성장하는 과정, 그리고 어른이 되어서도 다시 기회를

얻고 도전하는 모습이 세상을 더

단단하게 만든다고 믿습니다.

‘틴트레이닝(Teen Training)’이라는 이름에는

십대만이 아니라, 모든 세대가

'끊임없이 배우고 성장한다'는 뜻을 담고 있습니다.

🚀 우리가 해오고 있는 일

틴트레이닝은 작은 학원에서 시작했습니다.

책을 읽고 글을 쓰며 아이들의 눈빛이 달라지는 순간을 보면서

“교육이 세상을 바꿀 수 있구나”라는 확신을 가졌습니다.

지금은 스포트라(스포츠 강사 매칭 플랫폼), 스튜디오 띠링까지

여러 영역으로 확장하고 있지만,본질은 하나입니다.

사람과 아이디어, 기회를 연결해 모두가 성장할 수

있도록 돕는 것입니다.

🌍 앞으로의 약속

이 블로그에는 우리의 작은 시도와 배움, 때로는

넘어짐까지 담으려 합니다.

누구나 성장할 수 있는 기회를 만들겠다는 약속,

그리고 그 과정에서 우리가 얻은

고민과 깨달음을 나누겠습니다.

처음 시작하는 이 글이 앞으로의 여정을 함께할

Hello, my name is Seoyoung Lee, and I am honored to welcome you to the very first entry of the Teen Training blog.

Starting this space feels both exciting and humbling. It is not just a platform to share what we do—it is a place where I hope to tell our story honestly: the beginnings, the struggles, the lessons, and the vision that keeps us moving forward.

Why “Teen Training”?

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply interested in the environments where people grow.I believe that when children learn and thrive, and when adults find new opportunities to challenge themselves again, the world becomes stronger and more hopeful.

The name Teen Training is not only about teenagers.It represents the idea that at every stage of life, we are meant to keep learning, training, and growing.

What We’ve Been Building

Teen Training began as a small academy, a classroom filled with books, writing, and children discovering their voices.I’ll never forget the way their eyes lit up when they realized they could express themselves.That was when I knew: education can truly change lives.

Since then, our journey has expanded.

• Spotra, our platform, connects sports instructors with institutions to keep learning in motion.

• Studio Ttirring supports branding, design, and storytelling so more people can share their growth.

Different projects, yes—but one purpose:to connect people, ideas, and opportunities so that everyone has the chance to thrive.

A Promise Moving Forward

This blog is an invitation.Here, I’ll share not only our successes but also our doubts, challenges, and learnings along the way.

Most of all, I want this space to remind us that growth is never just personal—it is something we create together, for one another.
